• We will be utilizing Patient Fusion Portal to communicate  lab results and other information regarding your healthcare. You will be able to schedule appointments through the portal, send communications to the medical assistant and staff. This will help streamline our communications with you.
• As soon as your provider enrolls you in Patient Fusion, you should receive a registration email containing a link that you will need to create your account. If you did not receive an email, check your spam or junk email folders.
• You will need to set up your account using a computer (not phone).
• Use Chrome or Firefox browser to set up account.
